Clients can engage our consultancy and development services either through direct private agreements or via vetted external freelancing platforms where the Consultant maintains verified, top-rated professional accounts.
Platform Contracts: If an engagement is initiated, managed, and funded through a third-party freelance platform (such as Upwork, Fiverr, etc.), the platform’s native Terms of Service, payment frameworks, and non-circumvention rules will apply concurrently alongside these Terms.
Direct Engagement: For projects structured directly outside of third-party platforms, specific deliverables, timelines, payment structures, and milestones will be legally governed by a separate, dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) or Freelance Service Agreement signed by both parties.
To ensure a streamlined, simple, stress-free, and high-performing development lifecycle, the Client agrees to:
Provide transparent project specifications, text content, brand assets, mockups, or technical credentials promptly as requested by the Consultant.
Provide timely feedback and responses during validation loops, project reviews, and testing milestones.
Acknowledge that delays in delivering required assets, access, or project sign-offs will directly affect the agreed-upon project delivery schedules.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate signed master agreement or structured via a freelance platform’s standard contract templates:
Consultant Intellectual Property: All source materials, text content, custom web architectures, visual layouts, and graphics hosted on the Shallibegin website are the exclusive intellectual property of A. Haseeb Basra and are protected by applicable digital copyright regulations.
Client Deliverables: Upon full financial clearance and receipt of all milestone payments for a contracted project, full ownership of the custom codebase, software builds, and final web application files developed explicitly for the client will transfer in full to the Client.
Open-Source Frameworks: Code delivery may rely on third-party frameworks, plugins, or open-source software packages. Ownership of these elements remains subject to their respective open-source licenses (e.g., MIT, GNU General Public License).
Pricing for custom web applications, custom websites, or consultation hours is specified on a per-project or hourly basis within individual proposals or freelance platform contracts.
Milestone Payments: Large-scale builds or custom solutions are typically broken down into progressive milestones requiring advance deposits or escrow activation before development begins.
Scope Creep: Any functional additions, major structural changes, or features requested outside the initial agreed-upon technical roadmap will be evaluated independently and will require a formal change order request or updated pricing adjustment.
The services, code, and consultation provided via Shallibegin are delivered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive to engineer exceptionally fast, modern, reliable, and highly secure digital solutions that work for your business, we make no absolute warranties that software functions will remain uninterrupted or entirely error-free indefinitely due to changing web browsers, server updates, or external web infrastructure shifts beyond our control.
In no event shall A. Haseeb Basra be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of operational profits, commercial data, or business disruptions—arising out of the deployment, maintenance, or inability to use the custom software applications developed.
Our website features integrated features (such as WhatsApp direct communication buttons) and external links to verified freelance platform profiles where you can hire us. We do not command or take responsibility for the backend operation, security, or terms governing these third-party platforms or communications tools.
